spring doings

 Everyone hates time out.

But they love being bounced on Daddo's legs!

Eric and Oscar invented driveway pinball. Hit the stones for points; catch the ball in the bucket for even more points. Oscar has good pitching form!

John, chillin

Golden Beans (Skates), chillin. See the white lines around his scutes? He's growing up!

 Cat bros, chillin

Extreme chillin

Maximum chillin but not maximum chillens

On Sunday I had my man uncover the garden. Hello, alliums! It smelled real fresh.

John made a rock beautiful with chalk.

Oscar and John did some experiments.

 Beautiful chalk rocks

Eric's name tag from his Hawaiian conference. His was the only one like this.

John demanded a photoshoot.

After the alliums were uncovered, Eric unleashed his inner turf manager and decided to rake the lawn, and then oiled the lawn mower, and then "mulched" the leaves. Well, Oscar and John mulched.

Then Eric and Oscar went out for supplies (with shirts on) and Edie and John built a lego city

Oscar's parent-teacher conference was today. He's doing so great! He gets in trouble for reading all the time, but that's a good problem to have. He's doing packets of second grade math. He loves science the most. He did a forty-problem math worksheet in about one minute (it was timed, they had three minutes) and got all the problems right. And Mr. Mack thinks he's just a great kid! Parent-teacher conferences are the best.
