It's just such a useful expression! Many things have happened, of course, and here are some of them.
Oscar dwells in a box, briefly.
He wears a hat with cat ears (most appropriate for a cat baby).
He curls himself up on the couch under a comfy blanket.
He seats himself in his bike chariot with the iPad.
Eric changes the headlight on the Malibu, which involved removing so many pieces from the car! He made only one trip to the hardware store, and used no foul language (at least while Oscar and I were hanging out).
Oscar helps.
And now a garden interlude: a small portion of our tomato harvest (all turned into delicious sauce).
Crocosmia series!
This was taken today - I doubt all the buds will bloom but I can certainly see its potential!
A few berries left for Oscar. Eric told me that yesterday every time Oscar took a berry off the plant he said "thank you!" A polite thief.
It may be time to store the hammock for the season. (But when it's sunny, the weather is so perfect for hammock lounging!)
Here you see me stuffing the cat with meat paste. He's starting eating quite a lot now so we hope the feeding tube can be removed soon. (Maurice stopped eating, probably from pancreatitis making him feel sick, which gave him fatty liver, which necessitated the feeding tube.)
Yesterday we went to a fete at Karl and Bouchra's house, just north enough of town to feel like you're in the country. Oscar got to play with Marvin and Neha, children of Eric's former colleagues in Rien's lab. He learned a lot about screaming from them, but he showed them about playing in the water.
All my supplies are here for Johnnie and Rachel's super cool weaving project! I think I will start winding the warp right now!
