Its been a while. Just an update in case ya'll aint keepin up we have another blog you should check out. Surprisingly we manage to post on it even less then this one but it does have some sweet stuff to check out. Pat Reeves our band leader manages it and is always posting new versions of LDS songs (that's Lay Down, Sister...our band for those of you not in the know). If you stop over their you can here some of our tunes with many more on the way. They are in varying stages of completeness from single take recordings to multitrack, 100 hour edits so you never know, like I said if we get new take we usually upload them. There is little else to do oover there but comment. If people start checking it out it will also encourage us to be more active. Anyway that was long and boring so go listen to some garage power country over at:

It really happened!

Just got back from the honeymoon! Here's all the pictures we took!

I didn't know Eric took this one until we got home! OOps~

This is the evil cane spider that haunted our dreams and tried to make Eric crazy. It would lay single strands of spider silk across the room only where Eric's head would bonk into them. His bald dome. His pate. Then he would look insane, dancing around waving his hands in the air, saying "Ah! He got me! He got me again!"

This shot is for perspective. This is a giant giant spider.

This is all of the honeymoon fit for your ears, children. But Hawaii is a weird weird place. Check it out sometime.

Talked to Sam, the photographer, today. Got a marriage license (tiiight! we could be legally married right now if we wanted. But we don't. Not yet.) Paid for the reception site.

Freeganism is an anti-consumerist lifestyle whereby people employ alternative living strategies based on limited participation in the conventional economy and minimal consumption of resources.


Freegans "embrace community, generosity, social concern, freedom, cooperation, and sharing in opposition to a society based on materialism, moral apathy, competition, conformity, and greed."[1] Freeganism involves choosing to salvage discarded, unspoiled food from supermarket dumpsters, known as 'dumpster diving'.
The word "freegan" is a portmanteau of "free" and "vegan";[2] freegans are not necessarily vegetarian, the "egan" comes from vegans who cite ethical rather than health reasons for not eating or using animal products. Freeganism started in the mid 1960s, out of the antiglobalization and environmentalist movements. The movement also has elements of Diggers, an anarchist street theater group based in Haight-Ashbury in San Francisco in the 1960s, that gave away rescued food.
